You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify Xorqa of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Xorqa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Modifications to Service

Xorqa reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Xorqa shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
